  •    The school district for this property is Xenia Community Schools.

        Basic requirements of The Villas at Kinsey Meadows Protective Covenants
        that requires any dwelling to meet:
  •    One Story (ranch style) home shall contain at least 1,800 square feet of   
               finished living area.
  •    Two story homes shall contain at least 2,000 square feet of finished living
               area.    
  •    All other types of homes shall contain at least 2,200 square feet of finished
               living area.
  •    All dwellings shall have at least a two-car attached garage.
  •    The exterior of the residence on the first floor shall be covered with  
               masonry, wood or approved vinyl siding.
  •    The front elevation must have 30% masonry unless approved.
